Cambridge Academic Partnership is a multi-academy trust based in Cambridge which operates three Secondary schools, an International Sixth Form and a specialist Science and Technology 14-19 Academy.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our HR Department. We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team who can demonstrate solid administrative skills that meets the needs of our fast-paced environment. Tasks will include collating, recording and reporting staff absence data together with a wide variety of other key administrative tasks. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate on all levels. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential.

You should also be able to communicate on all levels so you can build strong relationships across the MAT.

Required to work 37.5 hours a week and 52 weeks a year (with some flexibility on term-time working for the right candidate).

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably skilled and experienced applicant to join the multi academy trust as a Design and Technology Technician, to support the teaching of DT and Food Technology.

The post-holder will maintain the departmental tools and equipment and the teaching and stock rooms. They will ensure that these areas are safe, clean and orderly environments in which teaching can take place most effectively, with support provided during lessons for the teaching staff and students. They will assist in the purchase of equipment, resources, ingredients as necessary in collaboration with the budget holder.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills. They will be able to set up equipment and materials efficiently within a set timeframe. They will need to possess, or acquire (with help from the school) the required level of knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety legislation and Risk Assessment. Previous experience in the use of machinery would be advantageous.
