CAP Central Services
The Cluster has Central Services teams providing specialist support and a full range of back-office services to all our schools. These teams provide highly cost-effective professional services which enable Headteachers to focus on Teaching, Learning and raising standards.
A comprehensive financial planning, budgeting and management service including annual returns to the Education Funding Agency.
A full HR service covering recruitment, contracted payroll delivery and on-going performance management and other HR activities.
Centralised administration of areas such as Admissions, Timetabling, MIS systems, Marketing & Social Media, Website Management, Data Analysis providing regular and timely reports to schools.
Our ICT services offer advice on strategy development and purchasing, as well as maintaining and developing the school infrastructure to a high standard.
Capital bids and project management, cleaning, catering, Health & Safety are all covered by our Facilities management service, ensuring that each school benefits from a great working environment.
Our Governance team provide research, procedural advice and support with
recruitment, administration and clerking linked to the Partnership Board
and Local Governing Bodies.
