A Level Results Day – CAST

A Level results day this year is Thursday 15th August from 9:30am until 11:30pm. Examination results will be available for collection from the Plaza.

The results are sent to the school from the examinations boards electronically and downloaded onto the school database; they are not sent in a ‘hard copy’ format. Students will receive a statement of results printed on school headed paper and his can be used for admission to post-16 establishments.

Students who have studied a BTEC programme will receive a separate statement detailing credits and units as part of their course.

Students will be asked to sign for their results upon collection. If students would like to nominate another person to collect results on their behalf, parents/ guardians should inform the Exams Officer via letter signed by both student and parent/guardian by no later than Monday 1st July 2019. The examinations office cannot accept nominations for third party collection over the telephone. The nominated person will be required to show proof of identity on collection of the results. We will not be sending results via email.

Any uncollected results will automatically be posted to the student’s home address. If students would prefer to have their results posted to their home or an alternative address instead of collecting their results, please also inform the Exams Officer by Monday 1st July 2019.

Details of remarks, the costs and how these are submitted to each board will be included with the results statements.

Examinations certificates will be available in November and these are the final formal examination results documentation.
