Parkside Sixth is looking for a person with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The role will involve working closely with a range of people across the Federation; the Parkside Sixth Leadership team, Corporate Services, teaching staff, as well as our students. The successful candidate will be able to balance their time effectively, to provide administrative support to both our IB and BTEC programmes, as well as being a point of contact for pastoral issues for students. The successful applicant will be approachable, and have some understanding of the challenges faced by 16-19 year olds and be able to offer suitable advice, and/or refer issues to colleagues.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our HR Department. We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team who can demonstrate solid administrative skills that meets the needs of our fast-paced environment. Tasks will include collating, recording and reporting staff absence data together with a wide variety of other key administrative tasks. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate on all levels. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential.

You should also be able to communicate on all levels so you can build strong relationships across the MAT.

Required to work 37 hours a week and 52 weeks a year (with some flexibility on term-time working for the right candidate).
